1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ESniper (esniper.bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. ESniper reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
ESniper is an algorithmic cryptocurrency trading platform that provides automated trading bots, copy trading, paper trading, backtesting, and related tools. The platform connects to third-party exchanges (MEXC, Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, HTX, Bitget) via API keys provided by users.
3. Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of our trading bots does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that: (a) cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile; (b) automated trading systems can malfunction or produce unexpected results; (c) you may lose some or all of your invested capital; (d) ESniper is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of our platform.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your account credentials; (b) all activity that occurs under your account; (c) ensuring your API keys have appropriate permissions (Spot Trading only, no withdrawals); (d) complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; (e) understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading.
5. API Keys and Exchange Access
ESniper requires API keys from your cryptocurrency exchange to execute trades on your behalf. Your API keys are encrypted with AES-256 encryption. We recommend: (a) only granting Spot Trading permissions; (b) never enabling withdrawal permissions; (c) binding API keys to our server IP when possible. ESniper never has direct access to your exchange funds beyond the trading permissions you grant.
6. Subscription and Payments
ESniper offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Trading commissions vary by plan and are deducted from executed trades.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) use the platform for any illegal activity; (b) attempt to manipulate markets using our tools; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software; (d) share your account with unauthorized third parties; (e) use automated tools to scrape or access our platform beyond normal usage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trading strategies, bot algorithms, and software on ESniper are the property of ESniper and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their custom strategies created through the AI Builder or Marketplace.
9. Limitation of Liability
ESniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to your data; (c) trading losses from bot operations; (d) system downtime or maintenance.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
