We collect the following information when you use ESniper: (a) Account information: name, email address, password (hashed); (b) Exchange API keys (encrypted with AES-256); (c) Trading activity and bot performance data; (d) Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration; (e) Device information: browser type, IP address, operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain our trading platform; (b) execute trades on your behalf through connected exchanges; (c) send transactional emails (welcome, verification, alerts); (d) improve our platform and develop new features; (e) provide customer support; (f) detect and prevent fraud or security breaches.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: (a) API keys are encrypted with AES-256 before storage; (b) passwords are hashed using bcrypt; (c) all connections use HTTPS/SSL encryption; (d) login attempts are rate-limited (5 attempts, 15-minute block); (e) Cloudflare provides DDoS protection and WAF; (f) database access is restricted and monitored.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) Resend for email delivery; (c) Google Analytics for usage statistics (anonymized); (d) Cloudflare for security and CDN services. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

5. Exchange API Keys

Your exchange API keys are treated with the highest level of security. They are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are only decrypted in memory when executing trades. We never store your exchange passwords. We recommend granting only Spot Trading permissions and never enabling withdrawal access.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use: (a) essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens); (b) Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics; (c) localStorage for user preferences (language, theme). You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Trading history is retained for reporting purposes. Upon account deletion, your personal data and API keys are permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your account and data; (d) export your data; (e) object to data processing; (f) withdraw consent at any time. 9. Children

ESniper is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
